Our online coaching services are available to adults aged 18 and over.
Our Premium 1-2-1 Online Coaching service includes:
Your individual programme will reflect your goals, experience, abilities, available equipment and relevant health information.
Coaching is provided remotely. It does not include medical diagnosis, medical treatment or guaranteed access to a coach at all hours.
Premium coaching costs £249 per month, paid through our designated payment provider.
There is an initial minimum commitment of three months, representing £747 across three monthly payments.
The first payment is collected when your subscription begins, with subsequent payments scheduled approximately monthly according to the billing date shown at checkout.
The initial commitment is subject to your statutory cancellation rights and other legal rights.
Following the initial three-month commitment, coaching continues on a rolling monthly basis at £249 per month unless cancelled.
We will not automatically start a new three-month minimum commitment.
The price and renewal arrangements will be clearly explained before purchase. Any proposed price changes will be communicated in advance, with any cancellation rights required by law respected.
You may give cancellation notice at any time by emailing dean@deanconnorcoaching.com.
Once the initial three-month commitment has been completed, coaching may be ended by giving at least 30 days’ notice.
You may give notice during the initial commitment so that your coaching ends when that commitment finishes, provided the notice requirement is met.
We will confirm receipt of your notice, your final scheduled payment where applicable, and the expected end date.
Any statutory cooling-off rights, rights relating to inadequate service, and other applicable legal protections take precedence over these contractual arrangements.
You agree to:
You remain responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate and for obtaining appropriate medical advice when needed.
Our services provide fitness, movement and general lifestyle coaching rather than medical care.
We may recommend medical assessment before participation or before continuing particular exercises.
No exercise programme is risk-free. We will take reasonable care and skill in providing coaching, but individual outcomes depend on factors including participation, training history and circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We primarily deliver coaching through Trainerize and associated communication channels.
Your initial consultation and movement assessment will inform your programme. Our intended service standard is to prepare your initial personalised programme within 72 hours after receiving the required assessment information, unless another timeframe has been agreed.
Response times may vary due to operating hours, weekends and other reasonable circumstances.
If injury, illness or other circumstances prevent you from following your programme, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will discuss suitable adjustments, alternative training or a potential pause where appropriate.
Any agreed pause or change to billing must be confirmed in writing. Statutory rights and any rights arising from circumstances beyond your reasonable control will be respected.
Subscription payments are collected through Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve the issue. We will give reasonable notice before suspending ongoing paid coaching access for non-payment.
Any disputed charges will be investigated fairly.
We may request exercise videos, progress photos or other information to assess and support your training.
Using identifiable client content for social media, testimonials or promotional material requires separate, optional permission.
Declining promotional consent does not affect your eligibility for coaching.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
Training resources, videos, written materials and programmes supplied by Dean Connor Coaching remain the intellectual property of Connor Coaching LTD or their respective owners.
You may use resources supplied to you for your personal coaching purposes but may not sell, redistribute or publicly reproduce them without permission.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our coaching, contact dean@deanconnorcoaching.com so that we can investigate and seek a fair resolution.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a client’s country of residence.
