Our subscription structure
Premium 1-2-1 Online Coaching costs £249 per month, with an initial minimum commitment of three months (£747 across three monthly payments).
After this initial period, coaching continues monthly until cancelled in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights.
Your initial cooling-off rights
If you purchase coaching online as a consumer, you will generally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the service contract, without giving a reason.
To exercise that right, email dean@deanconnorcoaching.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
If you expressly request coaching to begin during the cooling-off period and then exercise your statutory cancellation right, we may be entitled to charge a proportionate amount for services actually supplied up to the point of cancellation, where the legal requirements have been met.
The initial three-month contractual commitment does not override your statutory cooling-off rights.
Starting coaching immediately
If you would like your coaching, consultation or assessment to begin during the initial cooling-off period, we will obtain your separate express request before starting those services.
Your legal cancellation rights will be explained before you make that request.
Cancelling during the initial commitment
You can notify us during your initial three months that you do not wish to continue after the minimum commitment.
Provided we receive sufficient notice, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the initial commitment, without an unnecessary additional month’s charge.
Outside statutory cancellation rights or another legal entitlement to end the contract, the agreed three-month commitment remains applicable.
Cancelling after the initial commitment
Following the minimum period, you can cancel by giving at least 30 days’ notice.

We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any outstanding payment obligations.
We will not impose a separate cancellation administration fee.
Refunds and problems with the service
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable consumer law, including relevant cancellation rights and remedies for services not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Where a refund is appropriate, we will explain the amount and how it has been calculated.
Refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, within the legally required timeframe.
Illness, injury or exceptional circumstances
If illness, injury or a significant change in circumstances affects your ability to participate, please contact us.
We will consider reasonable programme adaptations, a pause, or other appropriate arrangements according to your circumstances and legal rights.
